How the week works

A week is all I need with you.

We start with a lunch or a Zoom — I get a read on where you are, where you want to be, how you work, and what you want out of this, and I tailor the whole week to you before we touch a keyboard. Then we build, hands-on, on your real work.

Mornings, about four hours a day (≈20 focused hours), when your head is freshest for systems thinking. Afternoons are yours — step away, or play with what we built and bring the questions back.
Always remote — we work live off my multi-screen rig, screen-shared, so you learn on a real power environment whether you're down the street or across the country. (Local? Let's kick off over lunch.)
Your environment set up for you — editor, Claude Code, version control, the whole cockpit, configured and working. No "go figure it out."
Your first real workflows built with you — your most repetitive transformation, turned into the thing that does it. You watch it work on your own material.
The architecture taught, not just handed over — so the next workflow is one you build.
