What I said

From simply this.

The entire human input — word for word, in order. Two sittings.

Conversation 1 — building it

All my kids, I have three of them, and they're all in youth sports.

  • My daughter's in volleyball.
  • My oldest son is in track.
  • My youngest son is in soccer.

They are all doing different things all summer and during the school year, and it's just a mess to keep track of. We need to know:

  • where they're playing
  • their game dates and tournament dates and locations
  • who's picking them up and taking them back

so we can assign people to them. It needs to live on a calendar and we should have their coaches' information in case we're not there and need to get a hold of somebody. You know what I mean? Is there something you can build me that helps keep track of all this stuff? And it should be really accessible visually as well not just lists. We should be able to see it in a very nice calendar view

Hey, I have all the details on my kids' sports for you

Go ahead and do pick ups and drop offs. Flip a coin for each one between Nate and Heather. Where there's two, obviously split them. This is actually how we're deciding who picks them up haha. Don't spend a ton of time or tokens doing crazy algorithms to decide either. Just make it easy or even alternate if you want. Whatever is fastest

great. One last thing. I don't know if you put it anywhere but maybe on The home page card, can you add a link that says "Download Calendar"? That links to the calendar file

The part that takes a second to sink in

You build it once (by talking). After that, you just talk.
