A real session · July 9, 2026
This is a complete, unedited record — first what the machine made, then every word I said to make it: five short messages and one attached schedule sheet. Everything after this is just talking to it.
Yes, those are real numbers off the meter. The computing is the "gas" your subscription includes — showing you what things actually cost is part of the honest conversation with you. And that's the cost of one machine: build a handful like these every month, use them every day, and everything still lives comfortably inside the one subscription.
What you get
Six real pages, straight out of the machine. Flip through them — or tap any one to open it and click around for yourself.
↓ Download Calendar — all 42 events,
straight onto a phone
That button works in the real app. Here it's just a picture — one tap
and it would fill your calendar with somebody else's July.
And it caught things nobody asked it to catch: the Saturday where two kids play in two cities at 9 AM, the championship that only happens if Josh qualifies, the hotel decision with a deadline. It's all in the files.
Forge creates beautiful dashboards . . . that you'll never have to open.
What I said
The entire human input — word for word, in order. Two sittings.
Conversation 1 — building it
All my kids, I have three of them, and they're all in youth sports.
They are all doing different things all summer and during the school year, and it's just a mess to keep track of. We need to know:
so we can assign people to them. It needs to live on a calendar and we should have their coaches' information in case we're not there and need to get a hold of somebody. You know what I mean? Is there something you can build me that helps keep track of all this stuff? And it should be really accessible visually as well not just lists. We should be able to see it in a very nice calendar view
let's go all-out and do level 3
1. Josh (oldest) Julie (middle) Adam (youngest)
2. yes please (so we can download the entire calendar events to our personal calendars)
Conversation 2 — loading a whole month (fresh chat, next sitting)
Hey, I have all the details on my kids' sports for you
📋 the family schedule sheet — a month of all three kids' practices, games, tournaments, coaches, and notes, intermingledGo ahead and do pick ups and drop offs. Flip a coin for each one between Nate and Heather. Where there's two, obviously split them. This is actually how we're deciding who picks them up haha. Don't spend a ton of time or tokens doing crazy algorithms to decide either. Just make it easy or even alternate if you want. Whatever is fastest
great. One last thing. I don't know if you put it anywhere but maybe on The home page card, can you add a link that says "Download Calendar"? That links to the calendar file
I spoke the words above. The machine did everything else.
The part that takes a second to sink in
Everything above was the first two hours of its life. There's no maintenance phase, no data-entry job waiting behind it. From here on, the whole thing runs on plain conversation.
Life changes, you say so, and it's handled — whenever you want, however it comes out of your mouth:
Say it, and the files are updated, the calendar's already right, the phone export follows. No forms. No editing.
And you never have to open any of this. The calendar, the cards, the season pages — they're there whenever you feel like looking. But you can just open Forge and ask from the front page: "what's this weekend look like, and who's driving?" It goes into the machine, reads the real files, and gives you the answer. The machines do the remembering. You do the asking.
Get Forge
That's one machine. The store is full of them, and the ones that aren't there yet work exactly like this: say what you need, watch it get built, own it forever.
That's the whole price list. No tiers to study, no add-ons to decode.
You'll wonder how it costs this little.
Already bought? Download Forge for Windows — it asks for your activation code the first time it opens.
On a Mac? Forge is Windows today, Mac next. Get on the Mac waitlist and you'll hear from me the day it's ready.
