License

This software (the "Software") — the Keystone Freight Quote Tool, in source and compiled form — is licensed, not sold, to Keystone Recognition / Brightmark Imaging ("Keystone").

Grant

Rogue Agents grants Keystone a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and modify the Software for Keystone's own internal business purposes.

Restrictions

Keystone may not distribute the Software. Keystone shall not sell, sublicense, publish, share, or otherwise make the Software — in whole or in part, in source or compiled form, modified or unmodified — available to any third party.

No warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL ROGUE AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR ITS USE.
