inputs/ — the weekly notes hopper

This is where the week's raw meeting notes live, one dated file per meeting, dropped here by step 01 (capture). Messy is fine — step 02 (build the recap) tidies them into a single dated recap in ../recaps/, then step 03 moves everything here into archive/<week>/ so the hopper starts empty next week.

During the week: paste or dictate each meeting's notes; they get filed here as YYYY-MM-DD-<slug>.md.
On demand: "give me this week's recap" reads everything in this folder (not the archive/ subfolder) and produces the recap.

Don't hand-edit archived notes — they're the raw record behind each past recap.

This is a plain text file in Nate's world, shown here as a page. In the real app you'd just talk — "give me this week's recap" — and the agent reads and updates files like this one for you.
